Join us as we officially kick off the weekend in style! The Daniels, Kereiakes, and Burt families are proud to host this welcome mixer at El Quincho, round up the whole crew and mosey on over.
There'll be drinks, empanadas, and dessert, come ready to celebrate!

El Quincho sits just a short five-minute haul from downtown Fredericksburg, no more. Plenty of room to hitch your wagon once you arrive, and any local Uber driver worth their salt will know the way to this hidden watering hole.

Western boots and hats are more than welcome, this is your chance to finally get some use out of those western pieces sitting in your closet.

Bring a jacket, partner, temperatures will be dropping come evening. The venue's an open-air restaurant, but a roaring fire and infrared heaters will keep everyone warm and cozy.

Meet Chef Maxi Pettit & Sommelier Marisa Pettit
Chef Maxi Pettit rode in from Argentina and built a culinary career that's carried him across continents and into Michelin-starred kitchens along the way. He's a master of traditional Argentinian open-fire cooking, "a la parrilla", working wood-fire grilling and clay oven techniques with an arsenal fit for a frontier kitchen: a Santa Maria grill and an underground clay pit among his tools of the trade.
He runs this immersive dining experience alongside his wife and co-founder, sommelier Marisa Pettit, who curates the wine and beverage pairings that round out the table.

We'll be kickin' up dust in a barn, have fun with it! Colorful long fall dresses along with cowgirl boots and hats are mighty encouraged. Western wear ain't required to join in on the fun.

We love all our little family and friends somethin' fierce, but this here shindig's gonna be a kid-free affair.
That said, babies under 1 are welcome to come on along and join the herd!
Uber To The Venue
Saddle Up Responsibly!
Our wedding's an open bar, and it's a beautiful 30-minute drive down country roads between downtown Fredericksburg and King River Ranch. Plan accordingly, y'all, we've got a subsidized Uber, on the bride and groom, ready to carry you from your hotel to the wedding. If you're headed out from Fredericksburg, we recommend leaving by 3:50PM to arrive in style.
There are several vineyards just 3 to 10 minutes from the venue, so consider gatherin' at a local watering hole before the ceremony kicks off.

We've got you covered with a ride back at the end of the night, partner! Busses will be provided for a 10PM departure.
Parking if you must
If y'all insist on drivin' yourselves to and from the wedding, no worries. There's plenty of free parkin' waitin' for you right at the venue.
Getting There is Covered
Giddy up! We'll have busses ready to carry all guests straight from the wedding venue to the after party, droppin' you right at the front door in downtown Fredericksburg.
Late Night Bites & Full Cash Bar
Join us at Silver Creek Bar & Grille to keep the celebration ridin'! Late night bites will be served, plus amazing German beers and a full cocktail bar (cash bar, partner). The groom's treating the back patio to two boxes of cigars, and live music will play all night long, front porch or inside the saloon, depending on weather.

Saddle up bitches, because the party ain't over when the sun goes down. We're kickin' the after party into high gear with a live band playin' all night long, straight from the heart of the frontier, please welcome Daniel RedCliff & RedCliff.
This ain't your average bar band. Daniel RedCliff brings a voice like whiskey and leather aged in the Texas sun, backed by a crew that can swing across a large range of genres without missin' a beat. They've been settin' dance floors ablaze, and they know how to read a crowd, whether you're lookin' to kick up dust on the dance floor or just sip your drink and soak in the tunes.
